How do I book an appointment online?

Choose the service or the doctor you need, then pick a date and one of the free time slots. The calendar only offers hours that are actually available with that doctor. Once you confirm, the appointment appears in your personal cabinet under "My bookings", where you can review it at any time.

Do I need an account to book an appointment?

Yes — an appointment is currently confirmed from a signed-in account. Registering takes a couple of minutes and asks for your name, phone number and email. The account keeps your appointments, test results and notifications in one place, and lets you cancel a visit yourself if your plans change.

How do I cancel or reschedule an appointment?

Open your personal cabinet and go to "My bookings". Active appointments show a cancel action, and you will be asked for a short reason before it is confirmed. To move an appointment, cancel the existing one and book a new slot at the time you prefer. Cancelled visits stay in the list as history.

Where can I see my test results?

Results are published in your personal cabinet under "Results". You receive a notification as soon as a new entry is added. To read a result in full, download the attached file. If a result has not appeared within the expected time, please get in touch using the details on our contact page.

How do I choose the right doctor or service?

On the "Doctors" page you can filter the list by speciality and open a profile to read about that doctor's focus and experience. The "Services" page groups treatments by category. If you are unsure which speciality you need, contact us and our team will help you choose before you book.
